Industry, Markets, Funds and Institutions modules have been developed to respond to increasing research and analysis needs as a consequence of the global financial crisis as well as the general growth and sophistication of the microfinance investments marketplace.
- The Industry module provides information tools to track latest news, research articles, events and companies active in microfinance investments.
- The Markets module provides per country industry analysis at the macro-, meso- and micro- levels including pricing tools for fixed income transactions and MFI benchmarks.
- The Funds module provides a list of all MIVs with annual factsheets, monthly benchmarking as well as performance indexes.
- The Institutions module provides MFI due diligence information, including financial and operational reporting, credit risk and social responsibility reviews.
Symbiotics has always had information services rooted in its DNA, from its inception in 2005 until today. The company is thus very pleased to have reached this stage, being able to offer full research services to microfinance investors and fund managers. The company wishes to extend this offering by making it available to a wider group of investors and fund managers.
